COVID-19 Updates

Dear valued clients,

With the increased risks of COVID-19, the State of California has issued a shelter-in-place order. Our business as a veterinary hospital is considered "essential," and therefore will remain open until further notice to provide necessary medical treatment for your pets.

Our team will be working hard to assist you and your pets’ needs during this trivial time. To ensure our patients with the best care possible, and to safeguard the health of everyone involved, we have initiated some temporary practices:

  • Our office is curbside only as of 12/10/2020.

  • If you, or anyone you have come in contact with, has recently traveled internationally or are showing symptoms related to COVID-19, please call us to reschedule or send another adult in your place.

  • Our doctor is currently not performing house calls until it’s deemed safe.

  • We will be following the CDC’s recommendation by limiting the total number of staff and clients to 10 people in the building at a time.

  • If your pet is currently a patient at our hospital and is in need of a vaccination, our staff will administer the vaccines in the parking lot to avoid contact with others inside.

  • If you or your pet is new to our facility, fill out the proper form ahead of time. It is linked under "New Client".

  • For prescription refills, call the office ahead of time to process a payment over the phone. When you arrive for pick up, call the office to have a staff member bring it to your car.

We want to assure you we are taking the appropriate measures to protect our staff, our families and our community. Our team would like to thank you for your cooperation during this time, if you have any questions or concerns do not hesitate to call us at (559)492-3355.
